TRANSFER PRICING STRUCTURE
Services for travellers arriving from other cities or countries.
Purpose: Airport to accommodation, hotel to city/town, short safari transfer, accommodation to park, city to lodge or between towns close by accommodation to accommodation or airport to safari lodge.
Airport & Local Transfer Service
1️⃣ Local Transfer (0–50 km)
R900 – R1,500 per trip (depending on distance & the vehicle size)
2️⃣ Regional Transfer (50–100 km)
R1,700 – R2,600 per trip (depending on vehicle size & number of guests)
3️⃣ Long-Distance Transfer (100 km+)
R2,800 – R6,000 per trip (depending on distance, vehicle size, and number of guests)
Includes:
• Private or shared vehicle • Luggage assistance • Driver • Fuel • Transport • Snacks & bottled water • Comfortable pick-up and drop-off schedule
Tip: For distances above 200 km, consider adding R15–R20 per km as a variable rate to cover fuel and driver time.
“All transfer distances are calculated from pickup to drop-off locations. Prices vary depending on vehicle type, number of passengers, and distance. Transfers above 100 km are classified as Long-Distance Transfers.”
